Looking at Gendan there is no option of a free version to test the PC and dongle to see if it would work. I have a very good ELM827 bluetooth dongle. So I decided to dual boot my Linux Mint laptop with Windows 10 (Latest version) and install Multiecuscan. All voltages perfect, charging rate spot on and resting volts after 6 hours 12.7v, reset the codes via Torq (Powertrain Unknown P500) I've had the battery life tested at 86% which is good. I'm getting the warning triangle up along with the EML indication with start stop not available.
